Hello everybody, it's cold outside, it's hibernation time, turn your bear mode on and let's get in a stock of butter, for warmth purpose! Today, a carrot cake recipe in muffin style!
Bonjour tout le monde, il fait froid, c’est le moment d’entrer en hibernation et de se mettre en mode ours qui fait ses réserves, donc pour aider à se réchauffer, aujourd’hui une recette de carrot-cake version muffins!
Preheat your oven to 200°
Mix the sugar, the baking powder and the spices in a saladbowl. Tiny trick of pastries for those who don’t know, mix the dry ingrédients on one side, and the «liquids» one on the other before mixing everything together, it makes the rising better.
So in a bowl, mix the melted butter, the eggs and the milk. Put the content in the saladbowl, add the dried raisins and the crushed nuts and mix everything.
Pour everything in the muffins cases (or a simple cake tin, it will work, you'll just have to cook it a bit more longer)
And that's it! Little !-warning-! message, you have to taste the carrots to avoid the "soap taste" ones, it can happen, and if you cook them in your carrot cake, it will be f***ked ahah (trust me on that, ew...)
